Products will be shipped within 1-2 business days, except weekends and holidays, via USPS or UPS. Additional charges apply for International orders. When you order from Synergist Saddles you can expect a quick response soon after your order is placed. We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world, however, it is important for you to understand that the total cost for items you order will depend on where you designate the item be shipped to.
For saddle deliveries we use UPS and they do not ship to PO Boxes. WE need a physical address to ensure that your saddle can be delivered. As well, if we have an email address we can have UPS send you the tracking information with the approximate delivery date.
We gladly accept returns! If you are not satisfied with the item, wrong size, etc., just call before returning it.

Item(s) must be in the same condition as purchased, with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unworn. If you intend to return something please notify us within one (1) week of receipt of your item. Item(s) must be received by us within 10 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is because of an error on our part.
