Q. My Synergist Saddle is made to fit my current horse; what happens when I change horses sometime in the future?

A. Give us a call anytime you switch horses. As long as the new horse takes the same width tree, for a nominal fee (see our price list), we will refit your Synergist Saddle to your new horse’s measurements! The same holds true for a young horse who is not fully mature yet or the aging horse whose top line has changed. We can adjust the saddle for the life of your horse.

Q. What if you are not able to fit me comfortably? Do I get my money back?

A. Absolutely! Just return the saddle to us in undamaged condition within 45 days of delivery and we will refund your money less 20% for a re-fitting/re-stocking fee.

Q. How long will it take to get my new custom saddle?

A. Typically, the entire process can take from two to four weeks once we receive the processed EQUImeasure saddle fitting kit (supplied free after your deposit is received) and completed personal measurement information forms. During the peak spring/summer buying seasons it may take from two weeks to up to twelve weeks to complete your order.

Q. Can I get custom tooling work done on my custom saddle?

A. Yes, custom tooling is available upon request and tooling packages start at only $100.

Q. Do you have a warranty and guarantee?

A. Yes, there is a 2 Year warranty against manufacturing defects. After delivery, there is a 45 day trial period for your new custom saddle. During the trial period, if any adjustments need to be made you are 100% covered. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom saddle any time within the 45 day trial period you may request a refund minus a 20% restocking/refitting fee.

Q. What if I cancel my custom saddle order?

A. Deposits for custom saddles are nonrefundable. If you cancel your order, your deposit may be applied to in-store credit.
